Ikea Rast Hack: give your Ikea dresser a Boho makeover
I picked up two of these IKEA Rast nightstands right before we left Europe. I knew there wasn’t an IKEA store in Hawaii and they didn’t ship there either.
Initially, my intention was to stain these and use them as our nightstands but I ended up changing my mind and keeping our current nightstands. But I’ve always wanted to redo an Ikea rast dresser, so I decided to do it and sell them.
These were super easy to freshen up. I filled the holes with wood filler, drilled new holes for handles, and added two coats of Valspar Furniture and Cabinet Paint in the color Capital Green.
They sold within an hour of me posting them on marketplace. I may have to try this color on something else, because I am kind of loving it on these Ikea Rast dressers!
